Shipping policy

Your LAYERS hardcover ships from our warehouse in Illinois, USA, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

When it ships, you get an email with the tracking link.

US Standard usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days. US Express arrives 2 business days after it ships.

Outside the US, duties and taxes are included in the shipping price at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay when it arrives. Delivery usually takes 6 to 15 business days.

Need to change your address? Email contact@bayneframe.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once the book is packed, the address can't be changed.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the book arrives damaged, email us a photo and we send you a new copy.

Refunds for the hardcover

The hardcover has the same 30-day money back guarantee as our other products. Email contact@bayneframe.com within 30 days of delivery. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; send the book back and we refund the book and the standard shipping price.
